- DATACLOUD is processing Customer Content on behalf of a Customer and the Customer is responsible for the collection and use of your data; and
- That customer‘s privacy notice will apply to the customer‘s collection and use of such Customer Content.
For example, when you use the Sites, we may collect your name, email, phone number, and other information you provide via the Sites when you submit inquiries, complete surveys or download DATACLOUD collateral, provide feedback about our services, or perform other operations that require you provide certain personal information.
When you use the Sites, we automatically collect certain information that may include details about your identity and the device in use, such as your computer‘s operating system and IP address. We also store information about your activities on our Sites, like site usage and event information, using technologies like cookies. For network and information security purposes, we may share your computer or device information with our third-party service providers.
When you use the Service, we automatically collect the usage data that records the configuration and performance of our Service as well as user activities. Although Usage Data typically does not contain personal information, certain circumstances may include technical data obtained from APIs, user metadata (like user ID and email), and user activities on our Service. This information is critical to our ability to operate and improve our services. We use Usage Data to provide support and services to our customers, enhance network security, and analyze service performance.
Usage data is used by DATACLOUD for purposes such as delivery, development, and optimization of our services and security enhancement.

However, we always protect your information following this Privacy Notice and relevant laws. To ensure this protection, we follow the European Commission‘s Standard Contractual Clauses when transferring personal information from the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland between us, business partners, and service providers. We also utilize additional measures to guarantee the security of your information.

We may verify the authenticity of your request by using information present in our systems, such as your email address or other data connected with your DATACLOUD cloud account. As previously mentioned, we may also process personal information that has been submitted by a Customer to our Service. If your personal information has been submitted to the Service by or on behalf of a Customer and you wish to exercise your privacy rights, please direct your request to the relevant Customer. DATACLOUD is not informed of any sales or sharing of personal information about individuals under 16 years old.
